You’ll play a key role in advising on high-quality, mid-market transactions for major corporates, private equity investors, and fast-growing businesses across a range of sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working on varied, complex corporate transactions:
* Advising on M&A, private equity, venture capital, restructurings, and general corporate matters, often cross-border and involving high-profile clients.
Delivering commercially grounded advice:
* Helping clients achieve their strategic goals with pragmatic, technically sound guidance that balances risk, pace, and commercial reality.
Collaborating across disciplines:
* Working closely with tax, employment, real estate, and finance colleagues to deliver seamless, full-service corporate support.
Building and deepening client relationships:
* Becoming a trusted adviser to businesses ranging from high-growth ventures to multinational groups, supporting them through each stage of their journey.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law
* Strong technical drafting skills and commercial awareness
* Confident managing a varied caseload and leading on transactions
* Collaborative team player with a proactive, business-focused mindset
* Interest in developing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers
