This is a hands-on Quality Engineering role where you'll play a key part in ensuring manufacturing excellence, driving quality improvements, and supporting compliance across a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do:
* Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and control plans
* Manage non-conforming materials, ensuring traceability, containment and resolution
* Lead root cause analysis for internal defects and customer complaints (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
* Drive corrective and preventive actions through to effective closure
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and Management of Change processes
* Analyse quality data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
* Deliver training to operators and team leaders on quality standards and best practice
* Support internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering and CI teams across the site
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance role within manufacturing
* Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, root cause, Pareto, etc.) xsngvjr
* Understanding of working in ISO-certified or regulated environments
* Experience using ERP/QMS systems (e.g. SAP) for quality and material management
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across shop floor and leadership
* Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
* Relevant qualification in Engineering, Quality or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
