* No 15 or 30 minute calls.
* £14.10 - £14.45 an hour.
* £28.20 - £28.90 an hour on bank holidays.
* 3 extra paid day's holiday.
* Only non-medical care.
* No uniform.
* No upper age limit.
* Calls scheduled local to you.
* Full in-house training.
* £200 Refer-a-friend bonus.
