We're recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading consumer goods business based in Milton Keynes. This is an opportunity to join one of the world's most loved brands.
You will be joining our client's busy Customer Service team, which is the first point of contact for all customers.
Day-to-day, you will handle inbound calls and deal with customers who have faults with a variety of equipment types. You'll be checking and correcting customers' account details, ensuring contracts are in place, and verifying that their equipment is listed.
Skills and Experience
We're looking for a confident, professional, Customer-focused individual, able to deal with a range of enquiries and challenging situations. The role requires you to be organised, able to prioritise your workload, and be target-focused. You must be a team player and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent timekeeping is essential in addition to a professional attitude towards all customers, regardless of how difficult the call may be.
Working Hours
You'll be working full-time shifts between 8 am and 9 pm.
Shifts are rotating patterns of 8 am - 4.30 pm / 9 am - 5.30 pm / 9.30 am - 6 pm / 12.30 pm - 9 pm in full week blocks.
You'll also work an ad-hoc Saturday and Sunday or Saturday or Sunday. (around 1 per month) - Saturday hours are 9 am - 5 pm, Sunday hours are 10 am - 4 pm
Whilst training, you will be required to be in the office 5 days a week. Once training is complete, you'll move to hybrid working from home on Monday and Friday.
