Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – Leatherhead
A highly respected, long-established Legal 500 law firm in Leatherhead is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its growing team.
You will support experienced Property Solicitors on a wide range of high-quality work. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating and supporting your supervising solicitor on active caseloads
* General administrative duties
* Upskilling and training
The firm actively participates in major networking events, legal dinners and social gatherings. An excellent opportunity to build or expand your legal network.
Typical matters you will work on include residential property transactions including:
* Freehold and leasehold
* Sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Right to buy
To be considered, it is essential your background includes:
* 12 or months of experience in residential conveyancing matters within a UK private practice law firm
* A strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above in a degree)
* You have NOT started the SQE. The firm will offer support/training for aspiring Solicitors
