Description
Learning and Study Centre Adviser is sought to work across all learning and study centres at Chelmsford College.
This role offers an opportunity to support and develop students' independent learning skills, including study skills, across various curriculum areas within busy timetabled Study Centres and new Learning Resource Centres.
You will collaborate with the team and work individually to support the Learning and Study Centre Manager in advocating resources, including online resources, with a passion for digital tools. Candidates should have a proactive attitude to facilitate independent learning and study skills, ensuring learners stay engaged and on task with assignments and coursework set by their tutors. Developing transferable skills and fostering a strong work ethic are key to success.
