Job Title: Senior Marketing Data & Analytics Manager @ Leading Professional Services Brand Location: South West (Bristol-based, Hybrid – 2–3 days in office) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services brand that’s undergoing a major marketing transformation. You’ll play a key role in shaping how marketing performance is measured, analysed, and optimised, building a new data and analytics function from the ground up. You’ll bridge the gap between data, marketing strategy, and leadership, translating insight into action and driving smarter, data-led decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a new marketing analytics function, focused on data-led growth Design and implement performance measurement frameworks across all marketing channels Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, GA, Adobe, and Google Tag Manager Translate data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams Analyse campaign, customer, and market data to inform strategy and spend allocation Evaluate ROI and marketing effectiveness to support commercial decision-making Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in marketing data, analytics, and measurement Advanced proficiency with GA, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with large-scale customer data and multi-million-pound budgets Commercial thinker with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes Why Apply?
