You will act as the lead advocate for key products, working collaboratively with internal teams across Products & Services, Global Marketing, and our International Network, as well as externally with teachers, consultants, and authors. You will demonstrate:

* Experience working with authors, consultants, or external contributors
* Strong research capability, including designing and delivering customer insight plans
* Ability to create clear, persuasive proposals and business cases
* Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering impactful, customer‑driven products

Desirable criteria:

* Understanding of the international schools or education market

* A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a willingness to challenge and improve ways of working
* Consistently demonstrating our values by working in ways that are collaborative, empowering, innovative, and responsible
