Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating a team of care staff Managing rotas and daily organisation of the unit Overseeing medication orders and safe administration (non-clinical) Carrying out audits and maintaining high standards of care and compliance Acting as the go-to person for your team, providing guidance and direction Working alongside the Home Manager and senior team to keep the home calm, consistent, and well-run even on the busiest days Why The Amwell?
