1. On target earning £25,000+
2. Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

A day in the life of a Viewing Assistant with haart in Bury St Edmunds
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders (buyers and sellers)
7. Generating new and repeat business
8. Conducting property viewings and showcasing homes
9. Delivering keys upon completion of purchases
10. Up selling additional products such as financial and legal services
11. Preparing brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions
12. Canvassing the local area

Essential Skills of a Viewing Assistant with haart in Bury St Edmunds
15. Full UK Driving Licence and use of your own vehicle (less than 10 years old)
16. Experience as an Estate Agent would be advantageous, but not essential
