At times you will be required to cover a county wide role, this include validating GP registers, delivering training and cover annual leave and sickness of colleagues. Advert The post would suit a motivated individual who can develop and motivate others, have a progressive mind-set and be able to build positive working relationships within the adult learning disability service and with partner agencies, whilst demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to high quality care as well evidencing a commitment to continuous quality improvement. You will have a strong sense of initiative and excellent team working ability. A willingness to undertake training relevant to the post is expected.
