Responsibilities
:
1. Collaborate with senior management to delivery department level and personal goals.
2. Develop and implement business initiatives, client solutions, or projects affiliated with Futures & Derivatives Clearing (FDC).
3. Solveplex inquiries, conduct discovery andplete due diligence activities for stakeholder requests.
4. Provide detailed analysis of escalated issues when necessary and rmend actions for resolution.
5. Contribute to processing standards and expectations for FDC.
6. Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures that offer solutions and cost saving opportunities.
7. Manage daily performance related to FDC Operations.
8. Propose solutions to implement process improvements, stakeholder service enhancements, or overall technology enhancements.
9. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
10. Act as an advisor to new/junior staff.
11. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by drivingpliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

12. Ability to demonstrate collaboration to deliver tangible results for the business.
13. Solution orientated approach.
14. People management experience.
15. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbalmunication skills.
16. Strong investigative / financial forensic skills and experience in process improvement identification
Education:
17. Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
18. Master's degree preferred
