Overview
We are seeking an ACS Plumber to join our team covering Yorkshire and the Humber. In this role you will provide efficient and high-quality plumbing and gas repairs to both tenanted and vacant properties within Together Housing Group. The technician will ensure that all work is completed to a high standard to ensure customer satisfaction, with a focus on completing tasks in a single visit when possible.

Responsibilities
* Carry out all types of Plumbing/Gas repairs to both tenanted and vacant properties in accordance with job tickets, appointment slots, specifications and contract drawings, to good practice, Building Regulations etc as appropriate.
* Work with an ethos of "Right First Time" always aiming to complete a repair in one visit with high quality workmanship and performance.
* Keep records as required, either on paper or electronic versions.
* Undertake measurement and quantification and procure materials as required.
* Carry out work with a high regard to customer care and satisfaction, protecting tenants furniture and belongings, cleaning up afterwards, and liaising with customers in a polite, helpful manner.
* Carry out appropriate risk assessments prior to work, and take reasonable steps to protect health, safety and welfare of yourself, tenants, colleagues and the public.
* Diagnose actions to problem-solve repairs efficiently and without excessive use of materials or time.
Requirements
* A full manual UK driving license
* City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent (NVQ Level 3) OR City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Gas Maintenance or equivalent (NVQ Level 3)
* ACS accreditations: CCN1, CENWAT1, CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, CPA1, UDHW
* Experience of working as a Plumbing Technician (ACS) in building repairs and maintenance
* A commitment to providing a productive, high quality and reliable service
* Literacy and numeracy skills sufficient to accurately complete job tickets, time sheets and related information
