Day (08:00 - 16:00) and Waking Nights (22:00 - 08:00)

Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support a young girl with Rett Syndrome in her family home. She loves school, playing outdoors, and trips to the park. The home also includes friendly pets — from dogs to a bearded dragon — so you’ll need to be comfortable working around animals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your clinical skills. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support in areas such as:
* Tracheostomy care
* Ventilation
* Seizure management
* Stoma care …and much more.
What You’ll Do
* Provide high‑quality overnight care
* Support with daily needs and comfort
* Deliver safe and effective clinical care
* Work as part of a compassionate, person‑centred team
What You Must Have
* PEG feeding experience
* Suctioning experience
* Medication administration
* Bowel and Bladder Washouts
* Moving & handling skills
* Confidence working in a home with pets
* A positive, enthusiastic approach to care
Guaranteed clinical training
— including tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and more, with full support from our clinical team.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
* It is essential for this role that you have experience in the following:
o PEG feeding
o Suctioning
o Medication Administration
o Moving and Handling
* Be happy to work in a home where there are pets.
* An enthusiastic and positive person to help our client with their every day needs
