An established charitable organisation in Surrey is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Property and Compliance to oversee the strategic and operational delivery of its property services. As Head of Property and Compliance, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality property and asset management services. You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing day-to-day repairs, voids, major works, planned maintenance, and compliance
* Overseeing internal teams and external contractors
* Ensuring health and safety standards are met across all housing stock
* Driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
* Leading on strategic asset investment and long-term planning
You’ll report to the Director of Operations and work closely with other senior managers to align property services with the organisation’s broader goals.
