What will you do?
1. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating customer and supplier contract terms
2. Prepare and deliver standard and non-standard contracts as required by the business units located across EMEA
3. Advising on contractual terms and conditions and resolving any problems or issues arising from contracts both with internal as well as external customers
4. Working together with the business units to ensure successful completion of the sales process through contract signature
5. Responsibility for enforcing record management policies and procedures and coordinating overall file and database management
6. Conducting file audits as well as providing information and support for any other internal or external audits
7. Completing certain procedural tasks through corporate software tools to complete the contracts department’s part of compliance processes.

Preferred Qualifications and experience:
11. Completed module in Contracts Law, Business or Legal Diploma
12. A strong understanding of Commercial contracts and legal principles associated with Contract Law
13. Ability to manage large volumes of standard and non-standard contracts
14. Be able to work independently, have good time management abilities and be able to produce quality and professional contracts within established timelines
15. A collaborative approach to communicate effectively with the business to understand their requirements quickly
16. A robust ability to adapt to changing business policies
17. Can travel within region where necessary
