A rapidly-growing, successful insurer based in Essex is seeking a Product Governance Analyst.
The firm have experienced growth over the past 18 months and this will continue. They have increased their product offering across personal lines, liabilities, motor fleet and schemes business, and as such, need additional governance support.
This is a hybrid-role, you'll be in the office one day per week.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
* Support the Annual Product Review process
* Undertake investigation / root cause analysis to understand drivers of trends seen in product reviews
* Provide input on relevant papers for presentation
* Support the assessment of new propositions and changes to existing products
* Attend and contribute to forums and committees as required
* Identify required actions and ensure timely completion in accordance with Product Review findings
* Engage with relevant stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure action closure/completion
It is essential for this role that you have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a product governance / assurance role with an insurance business.
