Property Litigation Solicitor | NQ | Farnborough You join a property litigation team where disputes are rarely routine and where junior lawyers are brought into the substance of cases early, not kept at arm's length. This is a long-established regional firm with strong growth ambitions and a reputation for quality that extends well beyond its geography. Recognised by Legal 500, Chambers and The Times, the firm combines the stability of a mature practice with the energy of one that is still investing, evolving and building for the future. For a junior property litigator, it offers a platform where you can develop proper contentious real estate experience while being supported by a collaborative, well-resourced team. The Firm You are part of a full-service firm advising businesses, developers, investors and private clients across the South East and nationally. Property sits at the heart of the practice, supported by one of the region's larger real estate teams, and the disputes function is closely integrated with that wider offering. Training and development are taken seriously, with clear progression routes and strong partner involvement. The firm's investment in its people is reflected not just in formal training, but in day-to-day access to experienced litigators and meaningful work. The Role You join a well-regarded property litigation team handling a broad range of commercial and residential property disputes. The work is varied, fact-heavy and often strategic, rather than volume-driven. From early on, you are involved in disputes relating to commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, title and boundary issues, easements and rights of way, overage and option agreements, and access disputes affecting development land. Because the disputes team sits alongside a large and active property practice, work flows naturally and consistently, and there is scope over time to develop a particular focus, whether that is development-related disputes, landlord and tenant work or land and title issues. The Ideal Candidate You are an NQ or junior solicitor with an interest in property litigation and a desire to build a broad contentious real estate skillset. You are curious, engaged and comfortable dealing with clients and complex factual issues. Why This Role Makes Sense This is a role for someone who wants more than narrow exposure or purely volume-driven disputes. You gain experience on substantial, interesting property litigation matters, within a firm that is recognised for its quality and serious about developing its people. For a junior solicitor looking to build long-term credibility in property disputes, with early responsibility and a supportive environment, this is a strong and well-balanced platform.
