In this role, you will assist the Service Centre Manager in managing all areas of a busy Service Centre, driving the business forward to meet targets and achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the management of the Service Centre team in line with Company policies to maximize performance.
2. Ensuring compliance with the company’s contract administration procedures.
3. Delivering optimum customer service to the client in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
4. Developing a strong sense of customer ownership, understanding all aspects of the SLA, customer requirements, and processes.
5. Coaching and motivating employees to perform at their best and deliver excellent service to all customers.
6. Carrying out work and processes in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
7. Ensuring that the quality of customer care, service, and products reflects the highest standards of excellence.
8. Deputising for the Service Centre Manager in their absence.
