Our client, an innovative player in the renewable tech and engineering space, is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join their executive team and drive global expansion. This role will oversee sales, partnerships, and revenue strategy, ensuring strong alignment between commercial initiatives and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define and execute a global revenue strategy to accelerate growth.
2. Lead and inspire Sales teams toward ambitious targets.
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate technical insights into proposals and solutions.
4. Expand market presence across Europe and international hubs.
5. Build and manage strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
6. Optimize pricing, forecasting, and sales operations for scalability.
7. Represent the company at major industry events and forums.
Your Profile
8. 10+ years in senior commercial leadership roles (Sales/Revenue).
9. Proven track record of scaling growth in SaaS, tech, or engineering-driven businesses.
10. Strong grasp of B2B go-to-market strategies; experience in maritime, marine, offshore wind, logistics, or energy sectors is mandatory.
11. Skilled at collaborating with R&D/engineering teams to align solutions with client needs.
12. Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to inspire multicultural teams.
13. Data-driven mindset with expertise in forecasting and analytics.
14. International experience with complex B2B ecosystems.
15. Entrepreneurial, innovative, and passionate about sustainability.
Additional Information
16. Location: Remote, with candidates ideally based in Northern Europe (France, Scotland, Norway, the Netherlands). Must be within 2 hours of the French headquarters (CET). Requires commuting to France one week per month.
17. Languages: Native or near-native English required; French is a strong plus.
18. Compensation: €120,000–€150,000 depending on experience and location (currency adapted to country of residence, GBP in the UK).
