Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and management of Parking and Traffic Management Policy and Regulation.
* Oversee Parking Operations and Enforcement, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
* Manage Streetworks and Permitting to maintain seamless traffic flow and public safety.
* Supervise Bus Operations and facilities, ensuring reliable public transportation services.
* Handle the management of signals and traffic control systems.
* Ensure efficient operation of the Traffic Centre, adhering to all statutory requirements.
* Lead a high-performing team to deliver innovative, customer-focused services.
* Engage with stakeholders to build a sustainable and accessible transport environment.
Job Requirements:
* Experience in parking, transportation, and highway management.
* Proven track record of managing complex traffic and parking operations in a large organisation.
* In-depth knowledge of traffic legislation, parking enforcement, and service delivery.
* Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking abilities.
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality services aligned with community needs.
* Understanding of compliance, sustainability, and service improvement principles.
