Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Birmingham B31
Hourly Rate: GBP14-18 Per Hour
Contract length: Initially 3 months / Ongoing work.
Overview for Customer Service Advisor role:
Customer Care Advisor responsibilities:
* Contact residents to schedule property surveys.
* Accompany surveyors to sites to assist in conducting surveys.
* Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping using Excel.
* Travel to various locations within South Birmingham.
The Customer Care Advisor will need the following experience:
* Proven face-to-face customer service experience.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Basic proficiency in Excel for data input.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Experience of working in the housing sector.
