Milwaukee Field Sales and Marketing Executive Opportunities (FME)

We are looking for positive, motivated and practical graduates to begin their development journey and cover a region as a field‑based FMEs. You will manage a portfolio of accounts across the UK, covering a Milwaukee Territory within the East Midlands. An ideal home base could be Nottingham, but the candidate must be suitably located to travel within one and a half hours from the base.
What will I be doing?
You will serve as a brand ambassador and face of Milwaukee, covering a UK territory with an administrative base at home. You will independently organize your time and schedules to meet with and support around 120 accounts each month across key channels and customers. The role offers a range of learning opportunities: building customer relationships, growing sales, educating stakeholders, conducting hands‑on demonstrations, delivering high‑impact merchandising, and supporting major events, exhibitions and conferences to develop brand awareness.
The requirements for the role
We seek confident, influential communicators and relationship builders who are self‑motivated, passionate about our brand, maintain a positive can‑do attitude, and take an organised and practical approach. Drive, resilience, and the ability to thrive within a multi‑functional team are essential.
You will also need to be:
* An entitled to drive in the UK with a full driving licence (including manual vehicles), with no more than 3 points on the licence.
* Entitled to work in the UK on a full‑time, permanent basis.
* Living within the chosen region or prepared to relocate.
* Able to attend a one‑day in‑person Assessment Centre on the 12th and 13th of May 2026.
* Able to start in this role on either the 1st of June or the 6th of July 2026 (if you cannot start by then, you can register your interest for future campaigns).
* A recent graduate in any subject with a 2:2 or above (you must have graduated or have written and approved confirmation of your degree grade for firm offers to be made).

Progression
