We are currently recruiting for Senior Family Workers to join the Early Help Service in the Family Solutions Team. This role involves empowering families, providing high-quality assessments and interventions, and working flexibly across Children's Services and with other agencies. Experience of direct work with children, young people, and families, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills, are essential. Emotional resilience and the ability to handle difficult conversations are also crucial.
