Overview
We are seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team (No Weekend work), minimum two years UK Optical dispensing experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their eyewear needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service and products. Duties
· Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their needs and preferences.
· Accurately dispense glasses, ensuring proper fitting and adjustments.
· Maintain knowledge of various lens types, frames, and optical technologies to provide informed recommendations.
· Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
· Manage inventory of optical products, including ordering supplies as necessary.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the dispensary environment.
Experience
· Previous experience as an Optical Dispenser or in a similar role, minimum two years UK Optical retail experience.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are essential traits for success in this role.
