Multi Skilled Engineer Sector: Manufacturing (non-food) Location: Suffolk Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £46,300 > £48,800 per annum Shifts: Monday to Friday, 12-hr days & nights iSQ Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a global leader in packaging manufacturing to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer for their state-of-the-art production facility. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly automated, high-volume manufacturing environment where engineering excellence is central to operational success. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, fault-finding and improving a broad range of production and processing equipment. The position combines planned preventative maintenance with reactive breakdown support, ensuring machinery operates safely, reliably and with minimal downtime. We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical capability, confident diagnostic skills and a proactive, hands-on approach. Experience within FMCG, automated production or similar manufacturing environments is highly desirable, alongside a clear commitment to continuous improvement in safety, quality and performance. This role is a 3-weekly rotating pattern of days and nights, across Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license with access to their own vehicle. * Please note this client does not offer VISA sponsorship, only candidates with full Right to Work in the UK, relevant experience, and a full UK driving license with own vehicle will be considered. Help plan and follow a schedule for routine and basic maintenance tasks. Quickly respond to equipment issues when asked by the Shift Team Leader. Work well with the team and on own initiative as needed. Criteria : Multi skilled - engineering degree (electrical or mechanical), with strong experience in the other. Full Right to Work in the UK.
