6. Assist on the delivery of residential projects
7. Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
8. Attend site visits and carry out surveys to ensure high quality and compliance
9. Produce technical drawings and specifications
Skills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist include:
10. Degree within Architectural Technology
11. Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
12. Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
13. Experience working on projects within the residential sector
14. Working knowledge of UK building regulations
15. Strong technical and design skills
16. Strong attention to detail
17. Excellent communication and organisational skills
