1:1 SEND Learning Support Assistant 1:1 SEND Learning Support Assistant Southampton £14.30 per hour Teaching Personnel are seeking 1:1 Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in schools across Southampton. Your role Providing individual support to pupils with additional needs Helping students access learning and build confidence Supporting communication and emotional regulation Working closely with teachers and SEND coordinators Ideal experience We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as: Teaching assistants or education support Care work Youth work Camp America Nursery or childcare Healthcare or support roles Requirements Available at least 4 days per week Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply A patient and supportive approach This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in achieving their full potential.
