We have an exciting opportunity for a Hate Crime Caseworker to join our team in Shoreham, working full-time 15 hours a week, on Thursdays and Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm. There may be a requirement to work across the contract to assist other teams.

About The Role
The position is based at our Shoreham Office, working 15 hours per week—Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm—with hybrid working, meaning one day in the office and one day at home.
As a Caseworker, You Will Be
* Supporting victims of crime by providing information, practical, and emotional help
* Completing needs and risk assessments with victims
* Managing cases and updating databases in line with GDPR and safeguarding regulations
* Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with local partnerships, other agencies, and participating in community events
You Will Need
* The ability to work independently, prioritising work to meet competing demands
* Good communication skills, showing empathy and handling difficult situations effectively
* Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems
