The Client:A leading global insurance firm are looking for a 1-4 PQE corporate lawyer to join their legal team. Working autonomously, you will be responsible for a range of legal matters across the business.Key Responsibilities:Provide support with M&A transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, supplier agreements, tech, outsourcing vendor contracts, and customer terms and conditions.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of insurance specific contracts, including broker, distribution agreements, binding authority agreements etc.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will be a 1-4 PQE Corporate lawyer, preferably with experience in a law firm, or financial services/regulated environment.Excellent contract negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.*Candidates outside of this PQE range with the prerequisite experience would be considered for this role.
