Event Executive
CantelloTayler Recruitment are recruiting for an Event Executive to join an organisation based in Bagshot, Berkshire. This is a super entry level opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career within events. Office based, salary up to £25,000 per annum.
Event Executive responsibilities:
Support the event team in the management of a variety of corporate and private client events including conferences, social events, flagship charity events, smaller meetings and private parties
Research suitable venues both in the UK and internationally
Support the event team in designing and preparing event proposals
Assist with pre-event logistics
Potential to be onsite to assist with the delivery of a successful eventEvent Executive required skills and experience:
Good attention to detail
Willingness to learn - training and support will be given
A team player
Proactive and assertive attitude - you don't mind suggesting new ideas or approaches
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
High personal standards and values with a smart and professional appearance
Thrives on variety and working on different events at the same time
Able to establish productive relationships with people at all levels
Good understanding of the events business
Previous experience in events and/or hospitality desirable but not critical
