This is an exciting leadership opportunity to support Area Inclusion Hub Leads (Team Managers) in delivering high-quality statutory SEND services for young people aged 14–25. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) are compliant, outcome-focused and effectively support young people as they transition into further education, training, employment and adulthood.
