The Ecommerce Manager will be response for
3. Develop and implement the company's e-commerce strategy to drive online sales
4. Improve the online customer experience and engagement
5. Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms
6. Monitor and analyse the performance of e-commerce activities
7. Collaborate with the digital team to develop digital marketing strategies
8. Oversee the processing and delivery of online orders
9. Ensure the e-commerce platform is secure and user-friendly
10. Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and digital technologies
The Successful Applicant
A successful E-Commerce Manager should have:
11. A degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field
12. Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar role
13. Strong working knowledge of Amazon and Amazon marketplace
14. Strong knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics tools
15. Solid understanding of web design and web analysis
16. Proficiency in project management and team leadership
17. Excellent communication and decision-making skills
18. The ability to work from their Birmingham offices 2 days a week - Mondays and Tuesdays
