Onsite Account Coordinator
People Solutions currently have an excellent opportunity for an Onsite Account Coordinator based in Tamworth .
We are looking for someone with drive, commitment, and professionalism to join our team in supporting a busy warehouse operation.
This role is a blend of office-based administration and on-the-floor engagement with our workforce, ensuring consistent productivity and employee satisfaction.
Shifts • Working 5 days out of 7 – 11:30 – 20:30 • Working hours may vary during peak periods
Salary • £27,000 per annum

Day-to-Day Duties • Staff engagement, interaction, and support • Conducting assessments and inductions for new starters • Managing attendance and resolving issues as they arise • Developing the existing workforce to support site productivity • Handling escalated disciplinary matters • Supporting the Account Manager with data collation for review meetings • Building strong working relationships at all levels onsite • Covering multiple sites when required
Essential Skills • Full driving licence and own transport • Experience in recruitment within warehouse/industrial sectors • Applications also welcomed from candidates with Team Leader, Supervisory, or Management backgrounds in warehousing • Strong administration skills, especially within Microsoft Excel • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure • Professional communication and organisational ability
