We are seeking a compassionate and organised Administrator to join our Future Steps team. This role focuses on providing effective administration to the needs of the Future Steps clinic and includes managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including appointment booking, attendance monitoring, and liaising with parents and professionals.

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or social services setting.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using databases and booking systems.
* Understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Leadership experience or the ability to take initiative and guide a team effectively.
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience in working with families and children in a support capacity.
* Knowledge of the Adoption Support Fund and related processes.
* Audiotyping skills for clinical assessment reports.
