What you’ll do on a typical day:
Day to day management of the operation, fully understanding the impact of the inbound or outbound process across all areas of the fulfilment centre
* Conduct regular reviews of training plans and SOPs to ensure they are fit for purpose and any refresher training is identified and planned for

* Experience of conducting HR investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings and other formal meetings
