1. Salary: £37,658 or £42,432 per annum, depending on experience
2. No call-out or weekend working
3. Door-to-door pay
4. Additional earnings available through enhanced overtime rates
5. Up to 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
6. Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be out and about on the road travelling to your sites, carrying out planned M&E works.
The role includes PPM works to agreed SOP’s on M&E Equipment such as Air Conditioning, Heating, Heat Pumps, Electrical services and emergency lighting, there will be some associated PPM tasks that are Refrigeration Biased subject to your skill set so training will be provided. During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams
You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other electrical and mechanical tasks as well.
What We're Looking For
8. Full UK Driving License
9. NVQ Level 3 Electrical
10. 18th Edition
11. Unvented Hot Water
12. Good HVAC and plumbing knowledge
13. Significant experience ideally gained within a retail environment
14. The ability to work unsupervised in a pressurized environment dealing with store teams and members of the public
15. An understanding of commercial refrigeration system technologies
