Overview
Gallagher's Wakefield Office is seeking a Private Clients Account Executive to join their established team. The role involves providing quality service to clients, ensuring optimal retention, and pursuing growth opportunities. The position is part of Gallagher's Retail Broking Division, which offers tailored business insurance, risk management, and risk transfer solutions.
How You'll Make An Impact
* Create documents for new customers, handle mid-term adjustments, and manage renewals.
* Accurately record and enter customer details into the system promptly to maintain data integrity.
* Obtain and explore renewal terms to provide the best available solutions to customers.
* Prepare renewal closings from meeting minutes and ensure coverage is bound by the renewal date.
* Manage queries from insurers and customers regarding policies, confirm coverage, process policies, and follow up on outstanding documentation.
* Address account queries and credit control issues, highlighting any concerns.
* Apply legal and regulatory policies related to internal policies and insurance contracts as needed.
About You
* Holding or working towards Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications (Dip CII or FIT preferred).
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with intermediate knowledge of personal lines' insurance.
* Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred, with a track record of meeting targets within a regulated framework and achieving SLAs.
* Risk-aware in handling customer information, with a strong customer-centric focus.
* Process-driven, task-focused, results-oriented, and proactive in assisting team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain rapport.
* Strong planning and analytical skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Office; CDL and Acturis experience would be advantageous.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
