Legal Implementations Specialist

Your Mission
As Legal Implementations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of onboarding, integrating, and optimising Eudia technology across our client offerings. You will be embedded within our Delivery team and partner closely with our Commercial team to ensure seamless deployment of our AI-Augmented services leading to high-quality client outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role, blending legal expertise, and technology enablement to help us deliver outstanding legal solutions at scale.
Your success will be measured by your ability to understand our client’s legal requirements and translate them into a robust workflow, playbook and technical solution, which will give clients confidence in our services.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboarding of Augmented-AI solutions for clients
* Work alongside PM in building out the requirements gathered in the sales process (detail on agreement types, playbooks/templates already created by client etc)
* Review agreements and discuss with client to understand how drafting/review/negotiation works in practice and identify gaps between documented guidance and reality
* Translate client playbooks and legal requirements into Eudia's codified MIND format
* Conduct reviews using the MIND through live contract reviews and refine based on their observations and client feedback
* Complete handover to incoming Johnson Hana team, who will be supporting the BAU contract processing
* Provide post-go-live support during stabilisation period
* Support client training/mentoring
* Establish a baseline review speed for contracts and measure improvements secured through the implementation of the technology
* Provide feedback to Eudia on product based on their experience and lessons learned to ourselves on the implementation process
* Training & Upskilling
* Creation and refinement of training materials for the client delivery teams
* Deliver structured training sessions to client delivery teams and other internal teams as required
* Ensure the Client Delivery teams are kept informed of feature updates and best practices
* Gather and act on feedback from training to improve content, delivery, and participant confidence.
* Ensure Eudia knowledge is embedded across teams, avoiding siloing of expertise
Key Requirements
* Professional with extensive experience in legal solutions, playbook-writing, and delivery.
* Proven track record of implementing technology solutions within legal, compliance, or related sectors.
* Familiarity with legal tech platforms.
* Experience designing and delivering impactful training programmes.
* Ability to translate business needs into product feedback and influence technology development.
* Demonstrated success in driving adoption of new tools or processes across multidisciplinary teams.
* Collaborative, hands-on approach, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time.
