Social Care Worker
Join Choice Care Group as a Social Care Worker. This role is based at Dibden View, a purpose‑built residential home supporting adults with mental health conditions.
Base Pay Range
Hours: 48 per week (shift work and weekends)
Salary: £12.25 per hour
The role is on a rota basis with flexible working patterns available.
Overview of the Role
Whether you are new to the industry or have a social care background, you will receive training and mentoring to become a skilled professional. You will play a key part in ensuring residents live safe, happy, and fulfilling lives.
Key Duties
* Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding
* Medication administration
* Assisting residents with daily activities, hobbies, and outings
* Following care plan guidance and company policies
* Building an open, honest, and considerate relationship with residents
* Maintaining written daily records
* Attending and completing required training
