5. Provide solutions to customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
7. Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.
8. Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively.
9. Support administrative tasks related to the customer service department.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
11. Previous experience in a customer service role.
