What are the responsibilities of the job?
As one of our specialist IT recruiters, you'll manage your own niche market, within the rapidly growing tech industry in Ireland, and this will require you to network and build relationships with clients and IT professionals seeking employment.
You'll be responsible for:
Actively sourcing potential candidates, building relationships and creating a pipeline of potential candidates to be considered for current and future job openings.
Guiding candidates through the recruitment and interview process
Staying up to date with industry trends, providing market insight, and managing expectations
Generating new business, and building relationships with clients
Introducing candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews, and offering relevant feedback
