The role will include working as part of a team and play a key part of the strategic modernisation and development of the pathway for GP, direct and other referrals within the Trust. This role will include the interface with patients, GPs and colleagues within and external to the Trust, both by correspondence and telephone.
Responsibilities
* Receive incoming paper referral letters and manage within agreed processes.
