We’re hiring a Field Sales Representative to take ownership of a thriving territory, representing a premium FMCG brand across retail and foodservice. Your day-to-day
* Grow sales and visibility across your territory, building a strong brand presence
* Develop long-term relationships with independent retailers and foodservice customers
* Introduce new products, drive promotions, and maximise shelf impact
* Spot new business opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers
* Keep a finger on the pulse of the market, sharing competitor and trend insights
* Support and guide newer team members as the team grows
What we’re looking for
* A proven background in FMCG van sales, field sales, retail sales or merchandising
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially sharp
* A genuine interest in food, brands, and what’s happening in the market
* Confident using sales systems, handheld tech, and reporting tools
* Strong communication skills and a relationship-first mindset
Essentials
* Previous FMCG sales experience
* Full, clean driving licence
* Excellent English, written and spoken
* Comfortable using MS Office and sales reporting tools
* Able to provide regular, meaningful market feedback
