An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm. This is a fantastic chance to manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters while working in a supportive, close-knit team environment.

\nThe Role You will be responsible for:
\n\n
\n\t
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
\n\t
* Handling a wide range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and leasehold transactions
\n\t
* Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team of property specialists
\n\t
* Delivering excellent client care while running files efficiently and effectively
\n\n\n
\nAbout You To be considered, you will ideally have:
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t
* Strong experience as a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent)
\n\t
* A proven ability to handle a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision
\n\t
* Experience in all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish
\n\t
* A positive, team-focused attitude and a desire to progress your career
\n\n\n
(Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive is preferred but not essential.)
