We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across Warrington.
Roles vary from general classroom support to 1:1 and small group intervention work.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain school experience or build a long-term career in education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils in the classroom under teacher direction
* Work 1:1 or with small groups to support learning
* Assist with behaviour management and engagement
* Support pupils with additional learning needs (SEN where required)
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children or young people (preferred)
* Patient, supportive and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills
* CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent desirable
