About the role
We are searching for a trainee to join our team and learn the trade from our experienced fitters, known for their traditional and supportive approach. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop expertise in installing vinyl, luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), laminate and hardwood, carpets, bespoke curtains, and wall coverings - all on site.
These are skills that are in high demand, which is why we're looking to expand our workforce with an ambitious floor layer. You'll gain a well-rounded understanding of the entire installation process, from preparing spaces and selecting materials to assisting the transformation of domestic and commercial spaces as part of a team and eventually independently.

* Reliable and proactive attitude towards learning and working as a team
* Must be able to commute to our showroom in Mere Green. With early starts being a possibility, please consider your location and/or transport links before applying. A driving license is preferred.
* No previous experience is required - we're looking for someone new to train up the Langan way.
