HR Officer - Employee Relations Specialist
Looking for your next contract in HR? This is a great opportunity to gain more experience in a fast-paced setting within the public sector. This role will afford you the opportunity to work independently with support from an experienced HR team.

About you
* Associate CIPD
* Two years' experience in providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes
* Two years' experience in managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence procedures
* The ability to work as part of a team aimed at improving service quality and supporting colleagues
What you'll do
* Ensure HR and employee relations issues are effectively managed according to policies, procedures, and legislative requirements (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance)
* Undertake investigations related to personnel matters
* Assist with developing and managing procedures, record keeping, and reporting activities for HR matters
* Coordinate responses within relevant timeframes to requests under legislation such as FOI and data protection
* Liaise with department managers and advise on sickness absence and Occupational Health
* Prepare absence management reports for case review panels
