c£25,000 per annum, neg - commensurate with experience
We are looking to attract an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant, for a new role based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
The law firm:
This is a very well-established private practice, with offices throughout Coventry and Warwickshire. Accreditations include Lexcel and CQS, and the firm are Legal 500-listed. You’ll be joining a team of highly experienced fee earners, providing a high level of support and a friendly, collaborative working environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting experienced conveyancing lawyers in the smooth running of their residential conveyancing caseloads from start to finish
* Conducting property searches
* Typing of correspondence and preparing legal documents
* Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents and other third-party professionals
* Using a case management system
* Providing full administrative support, ensuring seamless case progression.
What we’re looking for:
Suitable candidates are likely to have
* Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, within residential conveyancing
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work well as part of a team

This is a permanent job which is fully office based. Hours of work 35 per week - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
