Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Parcel Distribution
Location:Basildon, Essex
Hours:Shifts available daily 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay:£12.21 per hour

This is a fast-paced role where accuracy, energy, and efficiency are key. You’ll be working as part of a high-performing team, ensuring parcels are processed and dispatched on time.
PLEASE NOTE: FIRST TWO WEEKS MAY INVOLVE TRAINING AT DIFFERENT LOCATION IN KENT
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sorting and scanning parcels quickly and accurately
2. Labelling items and preparing them for dispatch
3. Loading and unloading vehicles as required
4. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
5. Meeting performance targets in a time-sensitive setting
What We’re Looking For:
6. Strong numerical skills – must be confident with basic maths
7. Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
8. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable
9. A reliable, team-focused attitude with good timekeeping
